sound alerts triggered with ! in chat

what if someone created it where chat members can type for instance !fart and it would play the sound alert hooked to the ! command and it still takes set amount of channel poins?! that would be great!! i love sound alerts but i do not want to use mix it up or anyhting. id rather love it if sound alerts did this.
